Wayne Bowler
Managing Director
Wayne co-founded Bone & Bowler Ltd in 2015. At the age of just 15 he began his working career as a trainee carpenter for his father's business of 25 years. Working closely with his father, Wayne went on to learn key aspects of the trade and construction industry and what it takes to run a subcontracting business.
 
Wayne progressed his skillset by gaining an NVQ Level 3 in carpentry and college diploma in Business.
His remit is to direct the strategy for the future of the business ensuring that we meet and beat our budget whilst also supporting and mentoring the team. His advice and experience of the industry and business knowledge has been invaluable along with his commitment to promote the name of Bone & Bowler throughout the industry.

Darren Bone
Construction Director
Darren co-founded Bone & Bowler Ltd in 2015. He started carpentry at the age of 16 and is NVQ Level 3 qualified. Darren has 27 years experience and an in depth knowledge of Carpentry and Construction. He previously worked for a variety of companies shop fitting, exhibition joinery, domestic dwellings and predominantly new build developments.

Darren is key to our production division and holds key relationships with our clients to ensure sites are run to the highest of standards with health & safety and workmanship at the forefront of his priority. Darren is also responsible for overseeing our BM Trada Certification, Site Operation, Project Managers and Supervisors.

Matt Cruse
Commercial Director

Following completion of his A-Levels, Matt began his career as an apprentice carpenter where he achieved his I.O.C and NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery. After 6 years working on site, Matt went on to pursue his interest in the commercial sector where he studied Quantity Surveying on day release whilst working for one of the country’s leading sub-contractors. Having gained over 18 years of experience working both on site and in the office,  Matt has gained key skills in knowing what Is required to deliver projects on time and on budget.

 

Matt has been integral to the expansion of the business and has implemented in-house systems for tendering, procurement and cost control.
